Description

These flaky crescent rolls, filled with a sweet pecan mixture, are the perfect comforting treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Your Dough: Open the crescent roll tubes and unroll the dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Pinch seams together to form one large rectangle.
  3. Make the Pecan Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the Filling: Evenly spread the pecan mixture over the dough rectangle from edge to edge.
  5. Roll It Up: Starting from one end of the rectangle, tightly roll up the dough into a log shape. Pinch seams closed to seal in filling.
  6. Slice & Bake: Slice the log into equal pieces (about 1 inch thick). Place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve: Enjoy these buttery crescent rolls warm from the oven!
