  • 28 oz canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
