- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 8 oz spaghetti pasta
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (fire-roasted preferred)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place in the baking dish.
- In boiling salted water, cook spaghetti until al dente; drain.
