- 9 oz fresh or frozen cheese-filled tortellini
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cups fresh spinach
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and brown the steak for about 4-5 minutes.
- Add water according to tortellini package instructions; bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook until they float (about 3-4 minutes). Drain excess water.
- Push tortellini aside in the skillet, add garlic to the empty side, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in spinach along with cooked tortellini and steak until spinach wilts slightly.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture, stirring gently until melted and combined. Serve immediately.
