Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup honey mustard sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and honey mustard sauce. Pour over chicken in the baking dish and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
