- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

- 2. Brown the Sausage: Push veggies aside and add sliced sausage. Cook until browned on all sides (around 5 minutes).
- 3. Add Garlic: Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Combine Ingredients: Pour in rice, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Mix well to ensure no dry rice remains.
- 5. Bring to a Simmer: Increase heat to a boil, then lower to simmer. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until rice absorbs all liquid.
- 6. Fluff and Serve: Remove from heat and let sit covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
