Instructions
- Chop the bell peppers and onion into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the Italian sausage. Use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks until browned and fully cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
- Add the chopped onions and bell peppers to the skillet with the sausage. Sauté for another 3-4 minutes until they soften.
