- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into your wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Scoop cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets. Make an indentation in each scoop using your thumb or a teaspoon.
- Fill each indentation with about a teaspoon of cheesecake filling and cover with more cookie dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden brown while centers remain slightly underbaked.
- Transfer to wire racks to cool slightly before enjoying!
