- 2. Using a spoon or brush, coat each heart-shaped mold with the melted chocolate, ensuring all sides are covered. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until set.
- 3. In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until smooth.
- 4. Once the chocolate shells have hardened, remove them from the fridge and fill each mold with the peanut butter mixture until just full.
- 5. Melt the remaining chocolate chips and pour over each filled heart mold to seal. Return them to the fridge for another 15 minutes until completely set.
- 6. Carefully remove from molds and serve at room temperature.
