Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries (about 200g)

  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1/2 cup water (120ml)
  • Zest of 1 large orange

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cranberries under cold water, removing any damaged ones.
  2. Finely chop the rosemary and zest the orange.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, rosemary, sugar, water, and orange zest. Stir well.
  4. Heat over medium heat until the mixture comes to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally as the cranberries pop.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
