  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Coat each breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally press into breadcrumbs mixed with grated Parmesan.
