- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate boneless chicken thighs in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Bring water to boil in a separate pot. Cook gyoza according to package instructions (approximately 5-7 minutes) until they float; remove with a slotted spoon.
- In a large pot over medium heat, combine chicken broth and soy sauce. Allow it to simmer gently.
- In another pot of salted water, bring to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions (about 3 minutes). Drain well.
- In serving bowls, layer cooked ramen noodles at the bottom.
- Pour hot broth generously over noodles.
- Top with sliced fried chicken thighs, gyoza dumplings, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
