Description

Irresistible Fried Chicken Gyoza Ramen is a comforting bowl of savory flavors, featuring crispy fried chicken and delightful gyoza nestled in rich broth—perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb boneless fried chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 12 pre-made gyoza dumplings
  • 8 oz fresh ramen noodles
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Marinate boneless chicken thighs in soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  3. Bring water to boil in a separate pot. Cook gyoza according to package instructions (approximately 5-7 minutes) until they float; remove with a slotted spoon.
  4. In a large pot over medium heat, combine chicken broth and soy sauce. Allow it to simmer gently.
  5. In another pot of salted water, bring to boil and cook ramen noodles according to package directions (about 3 minutes). Drain well.
  6. In serving bowls, layer cooked ramen noodles at the bottom.
  7. Pour hot broth generously over noodles.
  8. Top with sliced fried chicken thighs, gyoza dumplings, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
