- 4 medium fresh apples, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch baking dish with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, toss sliced apples with cinnamon and honey until evenly coated.
- Spread the apple mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, melted coconut oil, and remaining cinnamon.
- Mix until everything binds together nicely.
- Sprinkle the topping generously over the apple filling.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
