- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp water (to thin sauce)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
