Keywords: - Use day-old bread for optimal texture as it absorbs the custard without becoming too soggy.- Feel free to substitute blueberries with other fruits like raspberries or strawberries for a different flavor profile.- To save time, prepare the casserole the night before and refrigerate overnight before baking.
