  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and half of the minced garlic. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  4. Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, add remaining garlic and reserved marinade to the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
