- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz egg noodles or rice noodles
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients. Slice chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and mince garlic.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and half of the minced garlic. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Once chicken is cooked, add remaining garlic and reserved marinade to the pan. Let it simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan with chicken and toss until well-coated in sauce. Serve hot with green onions as garnish.
