- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, basil, and parsley.
- Lay out tortillas flat. Place one seasoned chicken breast on each tortilla and generously spoon the cheese-garlic-herb mixture over each piece.
- Roll tortillas tightly around the chicken. Place seam-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Drizzle with soy sauce before serving.
