- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 6 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
- 1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, chopped
- ½ cup chocolate chips (for ganache)
- ½ cup heavy cream (for ganache)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix in eggs one at a time. Fold in chopped Reese’s.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are firm but center is slightly jiggly.
- Let cool at room temperature then refrigerate for at least four hours.
- Top with chopped Butterfinger and drizzle with chocolate ganache made by heating heavy cream over chocolate chips until melted.
- Slice into squares and serve chilled.
