  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate (for ganache)

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; gently fold until combined.

  4. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Invert onto a clean kitchen towel dusted with powdered sugar, peel off parchment, and roll up tightly using the towel. Allow to cool completely.
