- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 red onion (cut into chunks)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1–2 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice preference)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and chop the bell peppers and red onion into similar sizes.
- In a bowl, mix together low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and Sriracha. Whisk until fully combined.
- Place the cubed chicken in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavor.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
