Savor the bold flavors of grilled chicken marinated in a sweet and spicy sauce, complemented by vibrant vegetables on skewers. Perfect for summer gatherings!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized cubes)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into chunks)
  • 1 red onion (cut into chunks)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 12 tbsp Sriracha (adjust for spice preference)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and chop the bell peppers and red onion into similar sizes.
  2. In a bowl, mix together low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, honey, and Sriracha. Whisk until fully combined.
  3. Place the cubed chicken in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to absorb flavor.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto wooden or metal skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
  5. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F). Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is cooked through.
  6. Transfer skewers to plates and drizzle with any remaining marinade. Gather friends and family to enjoy this delicious dish!
