  • 1 bone-in ham (about 810 lbs)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • Whole cloves (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a roasting pan with aluminum foil.
  2. Place the ham cut-side down in the pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon powder, and apple juice to form the glaze.
