Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh sage, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté onion and celery until softened (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, cranberries, breadcrumbs, eggs, herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form mixture into balls about one inch in diameter and place on the prepared baking sheet.
