Description

Creamy Cajun Honey Garlic Steak Pasta is a delightful dish that combines tender steak, al dente pasta, and a rich garlic cream sauce, spiced with Cajun seasoning and a hint of sweetness from honey. Perfect for cozy family dinners or impressing guests, this pasta envelops you in mouthwatering flavors with every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Slice the steak into thin strips and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Lower the heat and add minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Pour in chicken broth, simmer, then mix in heavy cream, honey, and more Cajun seasoning.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water as needed.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Serve warm, drizzled with extra honey or sprinkled with more Cajun seasoning if desired.
