  • 1 cup pomegranate juice (100% pure)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and set a wire rack on top.
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, pat dry, and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together pomegranate juice, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder to create the glaze.
