  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
