Description

Enjoy a guilt-free pizza night with this delicious Vegan Cauliflower Pizza Crust, packed with flavor and perfect for any topping.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs (oregano and basil mix)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender (about 5 minutes). Drain excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
  3. In a food processor, pulse the cooked cauliflower until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower ‘rice,’ almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a round shape about half an inch thick, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy around the edges.
