Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Steam or microwave the cauliflower florets until tender (about 5 minutes). Drain excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel.
- In a food processor, pulse the cooked cauliflower until it resembles rice or fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower ‘rice,’ almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet into a round shape about half an inch thick, pressing down firmly.
