- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by rinsing and draining the canned chickpeas. Chop cucumber and cherry tomatoes; slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, pomegranate seeds, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and parsley. Toss gently.
